1. Introduction

Aureth values its users’ privacy and the protection of their personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected through the Aureth mobile application, how it is processed, for what purposes it is used, and the rights users have regarding their data. By using the application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

 

2. Data Collected

Aureth collects the following types of data:

A. Data Linked to Your Identity (Linked Data)

1. Contact Information

   • Email address

   • First and last name

   • Other optional user information

2. Identifiers

   • User ID (generated via Google/Apple Sign-In)

   • Device ID

3. Purchase Information

   • In-app purchase history (processed solely by Apple)

4. Usage Data

   • Product interactions (screen views, taps, etc.)

B. Data Not Linked to Your Identity (Non-Linked Data)

1. Diagnostics

   • App crash logs (Crashlytics)

   • Performance metrics (startup time, energy usage, etc.)

 

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Collected data is processed for the following legitimate purposes:

• App Functionality: Authentication, content generation, server stability, and error handling

• Analytics: Evaluating in-app user behavior to improve user experience

• Purchase Operations: Tracking and processing in-app credit purchases

• Personalized Content Generation: AI-generated content based on user input

Collected data is not used or shared for advertising, user tracking, targeting, profiling, or commercial sharing with third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Aureth integrates only the following Google Firebase services. These services process data solely to support app functionality and are hosted under Google’s own policies:

• Firebase Authentication (Sign-in via Google/Apple)

• Firebase Firestore (content and user data storage)

• Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage metrics)

• Firebase Crashlytics (crash analysis)

• Firebase Performance Monitoring (app performance tracking)

​Data collected via these services is not shared with Google for advertising purposes and is never sold by Aureth.

5. Account and Data Deletion

• Aureth provides a feature that allows users to permanently delete their accounts directly from within the app.

• Once the deletion process is initiated via the user interface, all personal data is permanently erased from the system.

• This action is immediate and does not require a separate email request.

6. Data Retention

• For users who do not delete their accounts, data is retained as long as the application remains actively used.

• Data belonging to deleted accounts is permanently removed from the system and cannot be restored.

• Temporary technical data (such as crash logs) is stored anonymously and only for the duration specified by Firebase services.

7. Security

• User data is hosted on the Google Firebase infrastructure, and all communication between the app and the server is encrypted using the TLS (HTTPS) protocol.

• Data is stored in Google Cloud data centers with high-security standards.

• Technical and organizational measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access.

• Aureth is designed to comply with App Store rules and international data protection standards such as GDPR and KVKK.

8. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• View their own data

• Delete their account and all associated data within the app

9. Updates

This privacy policy may be updated as the application evolves. Any changes will be announced with an “Effective Date.” Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications.
